Our teachers must speak English as their first language and be from a country where English is the official language.

Quiet Teaching Environment
Teachers need to have a clean, tidy, quiet non-distracting environment to teach in.
Teaching Certification
All teachers must have an English teaching certification or related professional degrees. Some examples of this are the TEFL and TESOL certifications.
The Right Tools
A computer running Windows, MacOS, or Linux, high-speed internet connection, webcam, and headset with microphone are necessary for each class.​​

Tablet are not able to be used for teaching.

Mobile hot spots may only be used as a backup internet option in the case of an internet outage. It may not be used as the primary means of connecting to the internet to teach.
Flexible Availability
Teachers must be available to teach during peak hours, particularly evenings and weekends, to meet diverse student scheduling needs.
