  1. What age groups and skill levels do you teach?
    We welcome children of all ages and skill levels! Our lessons range from teaching phonics to first-time learners to exploring complex articles for advanced students.
     

  2. How are the lessons conducted?
    All lessons are held online using popular meeting software, making it easy and convenient to connect.
     

  3. How long is each class?
    Each class is 50 minutes long, designed to maximize learning while keeping students engaged.
     

  4. Are classes one-on-one or in groups?
    Our lessons are designed for one or two students at a time to ensure personalized attention.
     

  5. What equipment or materials does my child need for the classes?
    Your child will need an iPad, iPhone, or computer with a webcam and microphone. Additionally, you may choose to purchase the student book for extra practice and review outside of class.
     

  6. How can I track my child’s progress?
    After each lesson, the teacher writes a detailed class report outlining the lesson and the student’s performance.
     

  7. Can I observe my child’s lessons?
    Yes! Parents are welcome to observe their child’s lessons. Additionally, we provide access to class recordings, so students and parents can review them anytime.
     

  8. Can I schedule classes flexibly?
    Yes! Classes can be scheduled anytime the teacher is available. We do request at least 24 hours' notice for schedule changes.
     

  9. What happens if my child misses a class?
    If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the class can be rescheduled without any additional charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice results in a charge of half the lesson rate. No-shows without notice are charged the full rate.
     

  10. How do I pay for lessons?
    Lessons can be conveniently paid for online.
